Shipping Information
We take as much care in shipping your Sanborn's Fine Candy order as we do in making our delicious chocolates. With that in mind, we must take equally as much care in shipping these fine candies. We ship by UPS and offer 2 day express and standard (3-7 business days) shipping. Because of hot temperatures during summer months, June thru August, we require an additional warm weather handling charge. We will ship your product in climate controlled packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
During these months and due to the warm temperatures, we may choose to not ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries.
Year Round Hot Climates:
When your order is placed, special care and attention is given to it's destination. If we see very high temperatures, in your area, we will ship your package in the climate controlled packaging and add the extra charge to your total. To avoid any confusion, we ask you to please select the "Climate Controlled Packaging" option upon check out in your shopping cart.

We encourage you to ship to an address (business or residential) where your package will not sit out in the hot weather for a long period of time.
* For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Europe, Asia and S. Africa, please add an additional $12.00 to the Standard Shipping charge (all orders are shipped via FedEx Express Delivery).
